Dave and I were panelists Tuesday, April 28, during the closing day of the fourth annual Roving Eye Film Festival, sponsored by the Rhode Island International Film Festival. Our roundtable topic was "THE MAKING OF A DOCUMENTARY FILM: From Local to Global." An excerpt of On The Lake was shown. The festival unfolded at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I.
